Got another quick Avatar update coming your way. Though Fox acted like they were unwilling to show anything from the film in the first half of 2009, the studio now can't stop releasing new videos for the film. First we had the teaser this summer, and that was nothing in comparison to the recent week we've had. A feature trailer, an extended featurette, an international trailer, two TV spots and now a Japanese trailer for the film. All in the past seven days!
New Avatar Footage Seen in Japanese Trailer
Yes, the Japanese trailer is a lot like the domestic version, though it does run for about a minute less. Even without the extra sixty seconds plus, the preview does manage to show small glimpses of never before seen footage, including scenes showing Neytiri and Jake becoming er, intimate.
