St. Elmo's Fire
St. Elmo’s Fire looks great on Blu Ray. All the decadent ‘80s colors pop. For a 24-year-old film, they definitely gave it the treatment, whatever that is that clears up old film so it looks like you’re there.
On Blu-Ray: St. Elmo's Fire
Standout scenes are the pastel pink apartment with blue curtains, the stark republican apartment and the snowy cabin in the mountains where the nicest people on earth greet their stalker.
The Blu Ray even elevates all the smug up a notch, so the douche bags appear even smarmier in HD. Detail abounds in landscapes, street scenes and close ups.
