Cameron Diaz and Nicolas Cage in Negotiations for The Green Hornet
Cameron Diaz is in talks with the studio to play a reporter and love interest to Seth Rogen's masked crime fighter. Nicolas Cage is being sought after to play the gangster villain.
Directed by Michel Gondry off a script by Evan Goldberg, The Green Hornet is still set to enter production this fall with hopes to get the film out in theaters by next summer.
Cage's schedule recently opened when he wrapped Walt Disney Pictures' The Sorcerer's Apprentice.
