It turns out that the single image released last Friday for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was just a warmup for what was coming today. What can that be? Two of the first posters!

That is, if you don't count that poster that was shown in Confessions of a Shopaholic. The good people at Empire have posted two of the first posters for the film featuring Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Arterton. Arterton, as you might remember, got er, oiled down in the last Bond installment.
Based on the massively popular series of videogames, the story sees Gyllenhaal as a 'rogue prince' Dastan and Gemma Arterton as 'mysterious princess' Tamina, who reluctantly team up to safeguard an ancient dagger that could release the Sands of Time, allowing its possessor to reverse time and rule the world.
All I can say is that Arterton looks absolutely stunning... (Thanks to Wesley for the heads up)
