Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience
My big frustration with 3-D movies on Blu Ray is that they go back to the old red and blue lenses. The 3-D works, but it’s all colored purple. It certainly ruins the glory of Blu Ray, though Blu Ray allows it to hold clear so you can see all the special differences. So Jonas Brothers: The 3-D Concert Experience holds up in that tradition.

Behind the scenes, you can see the full space of their hotel rooms or the depths of the crowds stalking them. Of course the setup and movement on stage is clear, and little guitar necks poking out at you. On stage, it’s so dark anyway that the colored lenses really get uncomfortable.
By contrast, you watch the 2-D version and you don’t get to see the space, but you get to see all the colors of their stage show and outfits, the getups their fans wear, the sweat on their bodyguard’s head. So make your choice.
