Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
The Los Angeles Film Festival will play host to Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen, which is set to premiere at the event on June 22, two days before the theatrical release.

The announcement is not too much of a surprise, considering that the festival also hosted the premiere of Transformers two years back. To see the film, you're going to need to buy a pass to the festival. Sorry, this isn't like the Newport Beach Film Festival, where you can buy individual tickets if you like.
If you aren't willing to dish the dough -- prices start at $200 -- then you should be okay waiting the extra 48 hours or less for the film's theatrical release; a savings of at least $100 per day.
Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen opens to theaters on June 24th.
