Monsters vs. Aliens
No matter how good or bad a film looks, 2009 is my year of experiencing just about anything that comes in the third dimension. Fortunately for me, Monsters vs. Aliens not only swings both ways, 2D and 3D, but it looks incredibly good.

I don't want to get my expectations too high, but DreamWorks Animation isn't helping me. With the sort of marketing they've put behind MvA, one has to assume that they are also excited about the film. Now, are we talking a CG-installment that is Shrek worthy? Like I said, I don't want to aim high only to be disappointed, but so far the film's chemistry is perfectly mixed.
