Now this is just unlucky. We all know somebody that tried to drive home after a few drinks and, though they weren't necessarily intoxicated, they wound up in trouble by the law thanks to somebody else on the road. It's like driving partially buzzed and being struck by a drunk driver.
Ha ha, cough cough... Please excuse me, choking on irony.
Shia LaBeouf Not at Fault But...
In the case of the recent DUI incident with Shia LaBeouf, it turns out that the actor's prior drinking was NOT the reason for the accident. The woman that struck Shia's car, resulting in it flipping over, can't tell red from green, and ran the red light.
Unlucky! Shia was trying to drive safe, follow the rules of the road, but still ends up getting drilled by somebody else. Now I can only be curious on what his alcohol level really was. If it turns out he only blew a .06, then just about all of the hoopla was for no reason and we should have instead been concentrating on the idiot who ran the red.
