Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs
Oh, I love having new Futurama movies delivered straight to my door. They may not be theatrical quality, but only because they are structured in network friendly act breaks. To me, I'm watching it all at once and I just love it.
On DVD - Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs The Beast with a Billion Backs is up to the same standards as the best Futurama episodes and their previous movie. I'm not quite as interested in the concept of alternate universes and hive mentalities as I was in time travel, but I respect how the film explores the comic potential of that just as it did in Bender's Big Score.
I love all the little geek references, knowing that there are probably way more in there that are far beyond me. I also just love the characters. The writers know their personalities and give them something to do in each storyline.
I also love when they go for the immature jokes, the overt sexual references. It shows that just because their geniuses doesn't mean they're above the basest laughs.
