Wall•E WALL•E

It looks like Pixar's WALL•E is far enough complete for the studio to begin showing off giant chunks of it.

4-Minute WALL•E Featurette

Though we have heard relatively little dialogue from WALL•E, director Andrew Standton has tons to say about the film. In this new, four-minute featurette for the Pixar animation, Stanton explains the backstory behind the roving trash compactor while providing us with lots of new footage to gander. At the moment the featurette is only available in a crappy resolution. But, since there are so many visuals to be seen, expect Pixar to release an HD version soon. (the video below will automatically update to the upgraded resolution).

WALL•E opens to theaters on June 27th.
