Last week we had reported that the full Superman Returns would be due out at any moment. Immediately after that report we had learned that the feature trailer would be included with Mission: Impossible III on May 5th and Poseidon on May 12th (here). Beginning the one-week countdown until the trailer, we couldn't have been more thrilled.
Well, it now turns out that the wait isn't nearly as long as we initially anticipated.
Superman Returns Trailer Tuesday!
You have heard it correctly: According to SupermanHomePage, the full trailer for Superman Returns is likely to appear online some time around 6:00 PM PT tomorrow.
The site received an official press release from Warner Bros. Pictures stating that the worldwide satellite debut of the Superman Returns trailer will happen this Tuesday, May 2nd.
The trailer is just a couple seconds short of a 2:30 running time and should feature enough new footage to cause most to be glad they are not wearing tight briefs.
We have already seen one commercial that was allowed to show new Superman footage (here), so hopefully some more will follow.
Following a mysterious absence of several years, the Man of Steel comes back to Earth in the epic action-adventure Superman Returns, a soaring new chapter in the saga of one of the world's most beloved superheroes.
