Star Wars Revenge of the Sith Yoda is ready for another round, and then a long vacation until Episode IV.
It is time for more early reviews for Star Wars Revenge of the Sith! And, just like before, they are very, very, promising.

Star Wars Revenge of the Sith Reviews

There is nothing better than being told [over and over again] that the final installment to the new Star Wars trilogy is so much better than the first two and just slightly behind Empire Strikes Back. Well, considering that Empire Strikes Back is easily one of the best films ever made, that says something. However, there are still some discrepancies with woody dialogue and acting that we will just have to look over.

Anywho, here is your next dose of early Star Wars Revenge of the Sith reviews:

Having just seen 'ROTS', it is my happy duty to report that it does not suck. Finally, after six years of criticism, Lucas clearly has a firework up his arse and delivers. If the first two films had only a smattering of 'tingle moments' (Darth Maul and Yoda Fu) then this has at least twenty. When it finished I could only think of one word. "Finally".

Plus people die. A lot.

The bodycount is hugely impressive.

I shall say no more, other than that Ian McDiarmid steals the film, the mouse robots are back and the Godfather II style crosscutting is a bundle of fun.

If you're anything like me, Revenge of the Sith is the movie you've been looking forward to for the better part of your life. In a way, it's a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, it's extremely exciting to finally see it come to the big screen. On the other hand, with all the years of anticipation, how could the movie possibly measure up? Revenge of the Sith was pretty much everything I expected it to be - while at the same time not everything I had hoped - but realistically how could it ever be?

The movie was great. Like I said earlier - it was everything I expected it to be - but not everything I had hoped. Spending years dreaming how it would all turn out - how could the movie possibly live up to those expectations?

What did I like about the movie? The action scenes were spectacular. The opening of the movie - after the opening crawl as the camera pans down over the massive space battle with the soundtrack playing a thunderous drum. It just sucked me in. And Palpatine. He stole the show here. I was a bit worried after seeing him in some of the trailers, but on the big screen it didn't matter. And seeing him change from the Palpatine we've come to know in the prequels to the disfigured mess we meet in The Empire Strikes back was - well - striking. The lightsabre battles (five in all) were great - which leads to how the movie was put together. The editing between the Yoda/Sidous battle and the Obi-Wan/Anakin battle was phenomenal. Also, I found the purging of the Jedi on Order 66 was very well done. Jumping from planet to planet and watching the clone troopers turning on the Jedi was awesome.

Revenge of the Sith is the best of the prequels and second only to Empire Strikes Back!

Without going thru any spoilers I want you to know that this is a great movie! This is the movie that we, as Star Wars fans have been waiting for since Return of the Jedi.

The movie starts with action and is non stop thru out the entire two hours. It's no surprise that this is the darkest of all the Star Wars films. This movie does deliver the best of special effects that ILM has to offer.

I continue to remain confident that Star Wars Revenge of the Sith is going to be an awesome film, but don't want to get too hyped and be bashed like Episode I. However, how can I deny reports such as these?
